I've received half of the sectional - not the 3rd party seller issue - it's a walmart issue. the half I received is wonderful. I have been dealing with the fiasco since 12/12/2025. Get nothing but excuses and lies from the Walmart Customer (no) support team..including 5 supervisors %26 2 escalation supervisors NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. Be very cautious dealing with walmart.

The size and quality were better than expected. The fam is very pleased with purchase/new addition to home. I will say that I fell asleep watching a movie with the kids.. not a good idea, this is GREAT for sitting, but TERRIBLE for sleeping. I've fallen asleep on several couches and not had an issue, but this couch is NOT meant for extenend period use.. We don't typically have this issue, so I'm still very happy with my choice!

Glad it came with the extra pillows. Heavy but manageable. Overall nice to have.
