Repeat Difficulty reading fingerprints

The safe is great when it works. Unfortunately, I have set right index fingerprint 3 times and it only works about 40% of the time. My fix was to register all 5 fingers and usually one works. The reader tries to read the print 3 times then fails. I may have to return since if it is unreliable on first time, it is useless.
