This privacy screen was a perfect fit for my balcony and the quality is good. The only thing I didn't like was the assembly process. You have to place a lot of screws to connect all the panels and with an L key that I almost thought was going to strip before I could finish putting it all together. My fingers were hurting afterwards. Nevertheless, it was all a success, good quality, and a perfect fit!

Wrong item twice/missing part

I noticed that they changed the description of the item to blue 6 panel, so I included a picture of my prompt to rate my 3 panel purchase. I love the care that they put into packing the item. I liked it so much that I bought two more. 3 panel was the second purchase and what I received. Third purchase was a 3 panel and I received a 6 panel. I could tell by the box that it was a 6 panel, so I sent it back immediately/ reordered 3 panel. I received a 6 panel again. I decided to spare the hassel of shipping back and just put it together. One panel is bent and I am short one Hex nut (put together indoors, so I know I didn't lose it. I am finding it very difficult to contact the company for spare parts/problems (no contact information). I contacted Walmart assistant and told to contact the company for missing parts. I did not receive the correct item that I ordered anyway....sigh.
