Well worth it
Makes easy work of painting a ceiling! It worked great and you won't scrape the ceiling if you keep it at the proper angle. It actually helped from accidentally rolling onto the walls. However I noticed small splatter all over the outside of it so I couldn't say "no splatter". I didn't notice any on the furniture or floors yet. After removing the roller sleeves, I rinsed it with the hose it came right off. The roller sleeve held in place well and didn't bind. The roller sleeve itself was okay quality. Doesn't come with instructions or tips but it's easy to use. You just screw an expansion pole in the handle.

Best paint roller
This is the best paint tool. Really cuts down on spatters. It cleans up great. We've had a different 1 for years but recently lost the 2 round connectors. Really happy to find this. There is another 1 available in the store now for less, but it has a different handle. This one can be connected to an extension for a longer reach (we unscrew our broom handle and use that), the other is just a handle.
