Great Kayak rack, strong %26 quick to use
I had to shorten 2 bolts (cut with hacksaw), but that's just because my front roof rail on Sienna Van is very low. I've used this rack for my 14' kayak many times (over interstate freeway %26 back roads to group launch points, etc.) and it holds it very securely in place. 2 minutes, the kayak is down, 2 more minutes to drop the ears flat and tie the straps out of the way to pull van into garage when I'm done. Awesome product at low price.
