This was by far one of the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Once I received the two boxes, I quickly realized I had two different beds that would not be compatible for construction. I quickly contacted Walmart to escalate who then made me go through the seller- Belle Co Ltd Beware anything from this company. I emailed back and forth over 10 times with this company to get the correct additional parts shipped to me. Once they finally agreed to ship, I was happy. It wasn't until I received the next box, that I realized they shipped me exactly what I already had and now I have three boxes of unusable materials. I contacted Walmart again, who then promised they would make it right. Yet they didn't until I called them 4 more times and even spoke with a supervisor after being on hold for an hour. It wasn't until I called and said I would report this as fraud that I finally received my refund from Walmart directly.
