Wrong item received.

I purchased a sprayer, almost positive I selected stainless steel version, received chrome version. Had to return for credit and order correct one. Staff were very helpful in returning unwanted item.

Sticking

I am having the same issue described by Lenard, sticking handle. This is especially exhilarating when first turning on the faucet and instead of water coming out of the spigot / aerator it shoots straight toward you and across the kitchen from the hand sprayer which is still stuck on from the last use! Please help. We have tried soaking the entire unit in vinegar with limited success.
