Packing Cubes for Travel, 5 Pieces Luggage Packing Organizers for Suitcase, Travel Essentials for Organizing Clothes

Packing cubes are handy to use so many ways. Yes, there's travel. But homebodies will like them for seasonal clothing storage, doll or teddy clothes organization, or fabric and notion storage. You can even organize your drawers and pack them as tight as you do your suitcases! Just use your imagination. We picked up this set on a whim simply because we liked the design. The tropical pictures suit our taste, but there are other pictures which look equally as nice. They're all surely printed the same, and the set we received looks to be printed well. The colors are rich and bright, and the image is on both sides. The quality of these cubes is very good. They're sewn well with reinforced binding tape on the inside seams (except the drawstring bag). The zippers are placed with the smooth side out and they pull easily. The fabric is like parachute material - lightweight but strong. The sizes in the set are good and the dimensions are fairly accurate. We didn't measure them down to the decimal, so close enough. Three of the cubes have expandable zippers and webbed nylon handles. One of them just zips open once and has a coordinating fabric handle, but has a full-size, slit-opening pocket in the lid to hide more stuff. The drawstring bag is much bigger than it appears. Shoes? You could almost put cowboy boots in there! Or bring home your dirty laundry. As aids to compact packing, don't expect the pieces to fit together like a cube puzzle. What they call Medium and X-Large are basically the same size. What they call Large is just slightly smaller, so they just all pile on top of each other. The smallest one does fit across the width of the pile. Just expect each to compact its contents and then figure out how to arrange the shapes in your suitcase. The only con we could see were a few stray manufacturing strings, but that's normal. If we could wish for one thing, the set should have a long narrow bag. Those are always handy for rolled socks and stuff. But the smaller one will do for that. We can't decide which kind of packer we like best, the style that has some mesh to reveal the contents, or this all-fabric style that hides the contents. The picture packers are prettier and we've never seen mesh with pictures. We just try to remember what's in which by the picture or size. Whereas mesh can snag and tear. So there are pros and cons to each style. We'll give the win to these packing cubes for now because they seem to check all the boxes of function, design, and quality. For the sale price, they're a steal! So go ahead and pick your favorite pictures, we'd recommend these packing cubes. (Sorry if the formatting doesn't recognize our paragraphs.)
