I took this Swanson supplement for many years, not knowing if it was really doing any good. Then recently when the item was out of stock, I purchased a gluc/chon supplement from another source. It was cheaper, same dosage, but not timed release. After a couple of months, my wife and I both noticed joint pain. The pain was undeniable and it was getting worse. I cut back on my exercise regimen. We got back on the time release Swanson supplement. The pain immediately stopped getting worse. Within a week it was noticeably reduced and within a month it was gone. This supplement is the best. I am 68 and can still move around the pickleball court like an 18 year old.

Back to the Best
I've been using this formula for a very long time, but I switched to a different brand for the past there months and have suffered because of it. Back to Swanson and after 30 days I'm feeling human again. When you have something that works, it is best to stay with it! I learned my lesson.
