The fabric quality is good, not thin, might be too hot to wear in 40 degrees Celsius, I can say it's not see-through but might still need a lining if worn as a skirt, the colors are very vibrant, wearable outside of July and August. It was a bit too much for me, so I returned it, but those who like vibrant colors might prefer it.
