Imagine details wrong

I'm very unhappy because this is a gift! In the picture it has the throwback emblemof the Patriot's soldier. Well the one I received has the regular Patriot's emblem .That was the main reason I ordered it as something throwback for my son's Christmas as he is a huge fan. The Patriot's soldier is what made it special. Disappointed!
