I was really impressed with the quality of these pecans. They're fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. Not at all stale or bitter like some brands I've tried in the past. I do not buy ANY other brand of nuts except DIAMOND. They are of better quality than all the others I've tried. They are fresher and do not contain any bad pieces, so that I can bake with confidence.
