Just started taking this brand of Saw Palmetto. It seems to be working just as well as the last brand I took and a lot less expensive. I like the fact it has fewer fillers than most other brands. Not sure how saw palmetto helps with hair growth but I'll update if my hair actually starts to grow back lol
