It helps prevent corns, blisters, calluses and chafing from happening while wearing sneakers, hiking boots or tight footwear. Moleskin consists of flannel material with a backing made of napped cotton for lightweight comfort and support. It works by reducing friction and pressure, which prevents or minimizes "hot spots."
