Nightmare To Return!

After submitting for return, they continued to get out of a full refund. They would send multiple emails with a laughable refund amount in order for me to keep the product. After multiple declines, they told me to take to local Walmart, and they would assist with shipping back for return. When getting to Walmart, which was no easy task due to the size and weight of the product, I was turned away because it was a marketplace item. Walmart was helpful in getting me to a customer service person to assist with what to do next. After several days, I was finally given return labels and again had to load the product to take to fedx. Waited 2 weeks with no response or refund. Reached back out multiple times and was finally given a refund. Walmart marketplace was a big help in that, but I think they should reconsider doing business with Good Life that make it so difficult to return when they advertise differently.
