I love these pans. It is so nice to cook and not have to wash a big pan afterwards. I like to use these for homemade macaroni and other baked dishes. They also come in handy for parties and celebrations. We will definitely be using them for Thanksgiving and Christmas too. You can always throw a cookie sheet under them just to make it easier to get them in and out the oven..
