I had a very disappointing experience with YOCWO and would strongly caution others before purchasing. The TV stand I received was extremely poor quality, and more importantly, the sliding doors do not fit or function at all. This is not a minor issue. The doors cannot be installed properly, making a core feature of the product completely unusable. After spending significant time assembling the unit carefully and following all instructions, it became clear this was a manufacturing defect, not user error. For a piece of furniture at this price point, basic functionality should not be in question. The fact that the doors don't even slide as advertised makes the product feel unfinished and poorly designed. Customer service was also frustrating to deal with. Instead of taking accountability, they initially offered a small partial refund that did not reflect the severity of the issue, and then cited return policies rather than addressing the fact that the item is defective. Overall, the product quality and support experience were both far below expectations. Based on what I received, I genuinely question the quality control behind these units and whether this is a properly manufactured product at all. I would not recommend purchasing from this vendor.
