Looks Great has the specs to be great, CRAP.
We plugged this machine in and used it for 20 minutes and it died. I had to wait for 4 weeks to get replacement parts. They expected me to install the replacement parts which I can do however this would require me to take the new machine apart and to replace a control board. Seems sketchy for a brand new machine. I would never ever buy one again. waste of money.
