JBL Reflect Aero TWS True Wireless and True Adaptive Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Earbuds - Blue

Had these a couple of weeks. Bought for running after my last headphones packed up. Sound quality is great. But I cannot get a good fit and / or seal and they have fallen out 3 times while running. Having to buy memory foam tips to get a secure fit.

I bought these earphones in March and have generally been pretty disappointed by their overall performance. Although the sound quality is excellent, surpassing even my old airpods, their general usability is much poorer. Even though they fit reasonable well in my ears, as soon as it rains on a run they keep slipping out so I end up having to just carry them. Additionally, there are big issues with the earphones not always recognising when they are put in the box - one earphone always seems to keep playing and not disconnecting the bluetooth when I put it in the box. Overall quite unhappy with this product thus far.
