Works pretty much as described

This steamer works very well. It is easy to use and clean. The instructions say to put small vegetable pieces in it. We even have made steamed asparagus stalks in it. Took a few minutes longer, but they were still a lovely color and tasted great. The only thing I miss is a way to actually lock the lid onto the bottom.
