1. Check whether the instrument index number specification and power supply voltage are the same as the ordered instrument.
2. According to the wiring diagram, wiring is correct.
3. For thermocouple input signal, please use the same material compensation wire as thermocouple wire.
4. For RTD input signal, please use the same specification of low resistance wire, and the length of the three wires should be the same as possible.
5. Pay special attention to the power input line and sensor signal input line can not be confused with the wrong connection, otherwise the entire instrument burned and scrapped, can not be repaired. Output terminals can not be short‑circuited by strong current.
6. Instrument power and signal lines as far as possible and high‑current output lines separate surface lines to reduce the impact of electromagnetic radiation on the instrument, in case of unavoidable instrument connection, please try to use shielded lines.
How to use:
1. SV setting mode:
Under the normal display of SV/PV, press "MODE" key to make the SV display blink, then press "<" key to find the required setting temperature digit, then press the up or down key to set to the required temperature value, after setting, press "MODE" key again to make the meter turn to the normal display of SV/PV. Press the "MODE" key again to turn the instrument to SV/PV normal display state.
2. Parameter setting mode:
This parameter is to set the alarm, PID constant and other parameters. In the normal display state, press and hold the "MODE" key for three seconds, then the parameter setting state will be displayed in the PV display, and the corresponding value will be displayed in the SV display, and the parameter pattern will be displayed by pressing the "MODE" key in turn.
