Great Quick Meal with Leftovers

Delicious quick meal organizer! Put tortilla in lightly oiled pan. Add leftover veg/meats/cheese in center leaving 1/2" edge without fillings. Top with tortilla. After bottom tortilla has gotten slightly crispy using 2 spatulas carefully turn the tortillias. Crisp 2nd side and warm fillings. Delicious! I use cooked chicken/turkey/taco meat/pulled pork/roast beef/pot roast, roasted (jarred) peppers, onions, olives, pepper jack/Mexican/cheddar cheese, mac n cheese, scrambled eggs, etc. Also great as desserts with sweet fillings such as cooked apples/peaches! I like to cook it in the Betty!

Soft and great for sandwiches

These tortillas are really good for sandwiches, especially shawarma. They're soft, fresh, and they don't tear easily. I also use them for quick egg sandwiches in the pan and they always come out perfect. And sometimes I just throw one in the pan, toast it, and eat it by itself — it tastes so good even without anything. They warm up nicely and don't dry out. Definitely something I keep buying.
