a 3xl is a 2xl that runs small. the quality is great, upper front pockets are for show, arms are short. i bought two and im so disappointed. i gave away a 2xl because it was getting tight around the waist, i put on this 3xl and its tight from bottom to chest area. they have to be given away i dont have time for refunds from who knows where. this is for petite ppl who are thick. two ppl will be glad to see this at the local shelter i had to order another coat from a local vender to make sure it fits like a 3xl. my hand across the coat shows where i have to start zipping it up, zip all the way then pull down like a spandex dress in summer heat. keep the money do better with it
