Back to the Roots Organic Pearl Oyster Mushroom Mini Grow Kit, for Indoor Gardening and Cooking

This is the second time I've grown these. I had excellent success both times. The first time they grow quite large with fewer mushrooms, but surprisingly I was able to grow a few more from the carton after the first batch was harvested. The second time I got about twice as many, but they were about half the size, and none came up for a second round. As far as flavor, there're very mild, not as favorable as portabellas. They are easy and fun to grow. The only thing I did different from what the YouTube video instructions showed, was I grew mine indoors. not under but close to or adjacent to a grow light. Directly under would be too warm and bright. I would definitely recommend these to someone who wants to grow them just for fun. I didn't have a useable camera when I grew these, so I don't have any pics.

I've purchased this multiple times. Every time it grows amazingly fast and produces lots of delicious Oyster Mushrooms! I even get it to produce 3 flushes of mushrooms, one right after another before the spawn brick uses up all of its nutrients. Definitely more than my money's worth in fresh, tasty mushrooms!
