awesome product for the price, had a missing part when it showed up, but I contacted the company and they took care of the mistake right away. I would definitely reorder and recommend this product and company

Manufactures ghost, when it comes to helping.
I'm a huge fan of indoor plants, therefore altogether I believe this product is fantastic. The only problem I've found with the product is that the pieces I received don't fit the height of the outer covering. The directions were not too difficult to follow. The exterior material appears to be for a greenhouse that is 80 inches high. I have a greenhouse that is 60 inches tall. Opening the greenhouse is really difficult unless I elevate the extra outer material higher than the 60 inches because the bottom of the outer material drags the floor unless there are some missing pieces. At least five attempts to contact the manufacturer were made without success. The phone rings plays a message asking the caller to wait on the line, and then it hangs up suddenly. Unanswered calls for assistance are not a good picture.
