Ease of installation!

Had a competitors' brand and 3 people besides metried to get it installed. Did not have enough space under the sink to complete that brand's installation instruction. Returned that faucet and bought this Moen for $10 more. It was installed in less than 15 minutes by me, a 72 yr old woman.

I'm going with 5 stars after a new installation

The instructions were clear except that they said to tighten the wand hose with a wrench. This connection is hand tightened only because there are no wrench marking to attach to. The installation was super easy. The swivel base and the hot/cold controls work well. The sprayer does work well also. It does have a weird twist to hold feature though. It looks great. I did notice the flow rate after I hooked it up seemed slower that my previous faucet. It is slower but not a big deal for me. Overall, I just hope it holds up.

no complaints

I've so far used this for 3 years and here are the things I love about it: - A flat handle feels nicer to use than a round handle. - The handle has the right amount of glide to fine tune the water pressure and temperature. - Pull out handle is easy and ergonomic to use. - The location of the spray modes is great because you can't accidently switch it. - It looks good!
