Good family Christmas movie - is a true story too

I absolutely LOVE the movie but was disappointed that there was no way for me to get subtitles to come on. I tried everything, even my Smart TV remote wouldn't display them. My husband is hard of hearing %26 couldn't follow a lot of the movie because he couldn't hear the audio.
