In Each Tablet Directions: Tips for Managing Heartburn: Do not lie flat or bend over after eating. Do not wear tight-fitting clothing around the stomach. Do not eat before bedtime. Raise the head of your bed. Avoid heartburn-causing foods such as rich, spicy, fatty or fried foods, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, and certain fruits and vegetables. Eat slowly and avoid big meals. If overweight, lose weight. Quit smoking. Adults and Children 12 Years and Over: To relieve symptoms, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water. Do not chew. To prevent symptoms, swallow 1 tablet with a glass of water at any time from 10 to 60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages that cause heartburn. Do not use more than 2 tablets in 24 hours. Children Under 12 Years: Ask a doctor.

Cool relief
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This zantac came in handy after a pizza party. I was experiencing quite a bit of heartburn after eating and this provided the relief I needed with the added cooling relief. I recommend this product to anyone who suffers from heartburn.

It works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the Zantac Cool Mint because it worked well and quickly. I especially like that you can take it before or after eating, which is helpful because I don't always know which foods will bother my stomach ahead of time. The mint flavor is nice, too, because I don't swallow pills well and this made the experience more pleasant. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with stomach issues.

Takes Care of Heartburn
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I used this Zantac 360 Maximum Strength Heartburn Relief, it worked just as it should have. On a few occasions, I took a single Zantac before eating some spicy foods. Normally, I'll get some annoying heartburn or sour stomach during and after eating certain foods. But having taken a single tiny Zantac pill, I didn't have any heartburn after eating! The Zantac pill is really easy to swallow and has a slight cool mint flavor. I will definitely be using these again in the future, before I eat spicy foods, and I would highly recommend!
