+ Each Line PIN on this card must be added to a separate phone. Both phones must belong to the same Family Mobile Account. Second Line PIN needs to be used within 7 days from when the First Line PIN was added or the Second Line PIN will become void. 

*If congested, customers may notice reduced speeds vs carrier customers that may be further reduced for a small number of customers who use more than 40 GB. At 2G Speeds, the functionality of some data applications, such as streaming audio or video may be affected. Video streams at up to 720p.

†Actual availability, coverage and speed may vary. During periods of congestion, Walmart Family Mobile customers may notice reduced speeds versus carrier branded customers. 

5G access requires a 5G-capable device in a 5G coverage area.

 ≈Mobile hotspot usage counts against plan's high-speed data allotment. Once hotspot data allotment has been exhausted, hotspot cannot be used until next plan cycle. Compatible device required.

To qualify for this plan, you must meet the following criteria: you must have previously been active on a Walmart Family Mobile full benefit phone plan (e.g., $19.88 plan or higher) for 3 consecutive months or longer, and your current Walmart Family Mobile full benefit phone plan must be in suspension.
