You sent me a BAD Battery with 35% life in it

I installed the battery I bought from you, then tested it , Tester says replace battery cause it has 35% life in it , voltage and AMP are low . I drove the vehicle around I thought maybe it will charge if it was sitting around in your warehouse , then tested it , still shows 35% life and tester says replaced it is bad battery . please advise I want a replacement ASAP and come pick up this one or arrange with WALMART to take it back, I am not paying for shipping back to you . you can (mail me) a shipping tag if you want., let me know.
