Heel pain relief

I gave 4 stars because I have only used them a few days. Right away I felt relief. I was told by my Dr. to get these and wear them for 60 days and come back to see him. My Dr. said after 60 days if I had 90% relief, he would call that success. He also said the longer I used them the better it should get. Right now with some immediate relief, I'm very hopeful it will get even better.
