Just received this rug for my inside front entryway. It is what I expected. It's thin, but that's what I needed. Looks just fine, and quite soft to the touch. The backing really grips the floor. Also wanted one that would not show pet fur very much. The reason I'm taking one star off is because it annoys me that they fold rugs now instead of rolling them. It's truly annoying.
