Rid-X Platinum does work, cheaper in the long run!

I have a friend that didn't use Rid-X (they haven't lived in an area with septic tanks very long) and had to have her septic tanks emptied ( can't remember the costs, but I do remember that it was a lot!!) We have had septic tanks in two houses totaling 37 years and in those years we have used Rid- X and we have never had our tanks emptied. I've used the Platinum Rid-X for about a year, as long as Wal-Mart has carried it. I use it monthly when I give my dog her tick and flea medicine so I don't forget it. It does work. My neighbor had to have his emptied also, pretty sure he never used Rid-X either!

Use of floor vents

The floor vents appeared to be in good condition and was as described.The only problem I had was opening and closing the vents flow. The wheel on top could not be used I had to flip the vents over and open , close and adjust flow. Other than this I was satisfied with them.

Rid-X does exactly as advertised!

I live in the country and have a septic system. Rid-X is easy to use and does a great job keeping the drainage system free and at a minimum. It obviously destroys much of the waste as it has been quite several years since the septic system was emptied and a recent check showed it only half full. It is important to use it as directed - at least once a month - to insure proper maintenance.
