Great transaction

Was disappointed that when I needed to use it, one tape was defective. When inserted, none of the VCR functions worked, and it shut down the device when I tried. Untimely and very frustrating. Everything on the ejected tape looked fine. The other tape seems to be fine, what I had hoped for. So, I got 1 tape for the price of 2. It was a holiday, so I didn't complain. Not much luck with this vendor lately, on the last order only 4 out of 5 worked. They have done fine in the past though. Oh well.
