I'm on a very low calorie, nutrient dense diet. These little babys are packed with antioxidants and satisfy my chocolate cravings. I enjoy 20 chips a day. Sometimes with fruit. Strawberries, blueberries, bananas or by themselfs. I love the dark rich flavor and smooth silky texture. I bet they are wonderful in brownie's or cookies. Sadly I will never know. enjoy

I love these so much. I'm sure they would work well for baking, but I use them in my yogurt and for a snack. It's more convenient than breaking off a square of the bars in my opinion. It's also more fun. In a way it feels like I am getting more at a time even though I know I'm not.
