I bought this laptop and have had it for about 3 months now. I had specific specs in mind for my laptop and this just about delivers everything I needed it to. Most of the critiques I find about this laptop is the keyboard. I will admit, it took some getting used to. The keys are so close together that I found myself accidently typing two letters simultaneously or accidently hitting the wrong keys due to not feeling the separation of the buttons. This, however, went away in about 14 days. I just had to get used to it. Also, some people may not like the idea of have a 2-in-1 touchscreen laptop, but this is EXACTLY what I wanted! My last critique is the volume. If you need this laptop to play something for other people, just Bluetooth a speaker unless the room is on the smaller side. It's not the worst, but I would expect a bit more from the laptop than it has given me. Overall, it's a great piece of tech for the average user.

I hate the keyboard, it's difficult to place your fingertips properly on the right keys, but I'm an old school guy, so these keyboards don't feel right. the screen is nice, the computer runs smoothly, and I enjoy the touch screen feature. I'm not sure how I feel about Microsoft's AI yet.
