The shower does not use American npt threads. It has no mounting solution for the mixer valve. The shower pipe is paper thin. The shower pipe to the mixing valve is held together by a paper thin brass connector. The height of the bath valve to the max height of the shower does not accommodate a standard shower height. And.. the mixer valve was shipped used with water in it. You can bypass the mounting issue with a 3/4" nipple. The top mount of the shower uses a plastic drywall anchor that had no hole in it.
