i bought this not knowing it wasnt going to work due to different connections than my ebike. my review only has to do with customer service with returns. i did the return as provided and they emailed me a return slip. i printed it and taped it to box covering label that was used to ship to me. i took it to my nearest walmart and they sent it back. i emailed some questions and they responded and helped make sure i knew anything i need to know. perfect customer service with returns. happy holidays.
