The Knorr Fiesta Side Dish Mexican Rice is a new favorite for us. We recently started purchasing this side dish and were very surprised how good it was. It is not overpowering with the spices. It is seasoned just enough. We have had it just as it is and have also cut onions, sausages and added as it is cooking, topped with mecicsn cheese. One packet is not enough for a meal though. Depending on what we are having, we use no less than two packets, but have used three or four for one meal.

Easy affordable meal entre'

I find all these Knorr pouch meals to be good, considering what they are. I have tried them all. You will usually have things to add to the pot to fill this out into a more home made taste of a meal. This particular purchase goes to the local food pantry because of the poor decision to stop SNAP. The GV price is the lowest.

It is good hot or cold, so I often pack it in my lunches for meal prep for the week. I like to eat it with a side of roasted fajita veggies, or mixed in with a mexican salad. Its flavorful and easy to eat.
