Great decision!

We were installing a new granite countertop and so it was necessary to upgrade our faucet. I researched the many options and read countless reviews before deciding on Vigo. I'd never heard of it but just so happens the granite dealer sold this brand. But we found it much cheaper online and ordered it. The thing I noticed was that it was heavier and seemed sturdier than others I looked at and handled. Love the soap dispenser and it works great! Overall I am very happy and satisfied with the purchase. I'll recommend it to others!

The Alexander Stainless Steel Faucet is a high quality product that looks fantastic, and is easy to install. It took about 15 minutes to install on my new sink prior to mounting the sink. The pull out spray faucet seems to be very durable. I would certainly recommend this product to others.

Incredible customer service! My faucet broke out of warranty. I purchased another faucet (from somewhere else) but after I had ordered that faucet I started thinking if maybe I could just find a part to fix the damaged Vigo faucet. As I was on their website I posted a review about my faucet (Vigo VG02011ST) and that we have really liked in until it broke. The next morning we had an email from Vigo customer service offering to replace the damaged part at no charge to me. I had not even requested any type of warranty service. I am a Vigo customer for life because of this service.
