Just buy it!

I was looking for a durable front door rug and I'm so glad I went with the Clintwood grey! Not only is it tough so I can tell it's going to last with a lot of traffic into the home, but it's washable, CUTE! and every time I walk by I smile.

Extremely Disappointed

Does not match image or video at all. The tassels on the image and video show very full white tassels of a nice quality. The tassels I received are maybe 25% fullness and are dark grey in color. Asking for my money back and never purchasing from this company. The company that makes everything is named Surya and you can find the same quality for a lot less. I purchased 3 rugs and all of them had major issues. I am in the interior design industry, and it's very disappointing that is company is clearly misleading consumers by showing a certain quality but delivery nothing close to that. If the rugs were event of decent quality I would continue to purchase from them but this is borderline scam. Still awaiting a response from the company about my return/ refund. I am out hundreds of dollars right now and no rugs.
