Great cake mix (with some tweeks)

A nice cake mix. I add an extra egg and use butter instead of oil. I use coffee instead of water in chocolate cake. I know some folks use milk. I used water with a teaspoon of vanilla when I made this one. I also added extra spices. It's great with cream cheese frosting. Mix a softened brick of cream cheese in with your canned frosting. It keeps it from being sickenly sweet and tastes much better.

this is a delicious mix, the cake comes out so tender! It was a hit with my friends! I love the holidays and all the baking that goes along with it!
