    Nice item, but it doesn't work on large plates

    I was disappointed with this. I bought it specifically to hang a 14 inch platter on the wall. I received exactly what is in the picture (labelled "Extra Large," but there is absolutely *no* way this thing is big enough even for a 12 inch item. It barely stretches enough for a 7 inch plate. I will keep it to use on small plates, but be aware that it is physically impossible to use it on an item larger than 7 inches. It does NOT stretch and is impossible to use on a large object. Yes, it's good quality, but be aware it won't work as advertised on large items. Why it's labelled "Extra Large" is beyond me.
