I rate this with 3 stars due to some of the specifications being questionable. But first, I'll list the positives: It is as easily assembled as stated, and lightweight enough for almost any adult to assemble. The hardest part was removing from the box by myself. It arrived in good condition and is nice looking with flat shelves for easy storage. It measured as stated in the description. I'm using it with the casters which makes the total load recommended to be 200 lbs. In terms of price, it was the most economical of similar shelving units that had a depth of 21 inches and of similar height. Now for the negatives: It claims a total load capacity with the rubber “feet” to be 700 lbs. I have great skepticism that this unit could hold that weight. While less expensive than similar units, it is also made of noticeably thinner/less robust metal, hence the light weight. For my needs, I think it will be sufficient as I plan to store household items, clothing, and some old files. Heavier items on the bottom shelf. The shelves themselves seem like they could bend with more than 50 - 80 lbs over time as pushing down on them created some movement. I think even with the “feet” instead of the casters, weight on these shelves still may be an issue. Since I'm an older person who physically can't lift weights over 30-40 lbs. it will definitely work for me in my garage. If you're looking for shelving to hold really heavy items, I'd recommend a more robust (and costly) alternative.
