Okay, installation in theory was simple. Open the cap, remove the bolt, lift up and it's off. Yeah, that's not taking into account that I live in a place where salt should be the state animal due to how much we use on the roads. It's okay, I did manage to get this installed but it took longer than it should have and that was no fault of this product. The only thing I don't like about this product is that it's all plastic besides the spring. Plastic in extreme cold plus snow and ice could be a recipe for disaster.
