It's great to have some low carb snacks! They are non-GMO and don't have erythrol or malitol - they used Allulose as the sweetener. My digestive system gets problems with erythritol and malitol, so I am so happy to finally have some Keto snacks I can eat! They work great for meal substitution when you don't have time for a meal.

great gf replacement for an old time favorite!!!

We used to buy this absolutely delicious snack bar product/brand that was called Goodness Knows, which was discontinued a few years ago. I've been trying to find a replacement snack bar for years and woohoo! I finally did!!! This product is not only delicious but nutritious as well. For us the best part and necessary part was that it was GLUTEN FREE ! It's Full of PROTEIN . WHOLE ingredients. LOW in sugar. AND don't forget…a little bit of chocolate! Great portion size too! It's really only missing one ingredient from our favorite and that was dried cranberries. It gave that a bit of tang. But we'll take it! Even without the cranberries. This product delivers to satisfy pretty much any snacking need you have. Worth the price for sure and will definitely be buying more!
