StarCraft was the official publication of Aleuti Francesca's Solar Light Retreat Center. This collection of magazines were recovered from the property of the now defunct Solar Light Center founded by Tele-thought contactee Aleuti Francesca. The Center was around for about forty years and closed in 2008. The Center was established in 1966 in the foothills of southern Oregon, 20 miles outside of Medford. Francesca (known initially as Marianne Francis; she changed her name legally in 1975) became interested in UFOs in 1947 in London, England, where she was born and grew up. In 1954, she moved with her American husband, Kenneth Kellar, to Santa Barbara, California, where she also studied Hatha Yoga with Indra Devi and Baala Krishna. Telepathic and highly sensitive all her life, her sensitivity increased as she and Kenneth Kellar conducted experiments with Light Beam apparatus to contact otherworldly beings.
