Really disappointed in this sofa. I wish I spent a little more and ordered something from Bobs or Ashley. This is uncomfortable right out of the box - the cushions are a complete joke. I hoped they would fluff up more but now I have to try to find memory foam to use underneath so it's at least a little comfortable to sit on. It's also quite low to the ground, and I was missing pieces, so unable to make the ottoman parts.
