I bought 2 of these. 1 black and 1 burgundy. They are both cute, but are kinda made cheap. the black one came apart at the seam where the laces tie up and 2 loops gave way. It happened the first time I wore it . The burgundy one is still in good shape. I guess it is a hit or miss with this item. I did not return it cuz I'm a pretty good seamstress. I reinforced the frazzled edges and put new stitching there and fixed the loops on all. It was worth fixing cuz it is very cute. size was correct for the measurement.
