Super easy office chair to assemble. Teen wanted chair to replace serta from gaming that finally died and hoping to have lumbar and high neck support with new one. Picked this item for early Christmas present under $70. So worth the money because the chair arms fold up and can store flat against desk area without having to bump into it or in the way of everything. Not the thickest but foam is sturdy. Can't stand a chair that gives out quickly with padding but this item seems to be fairly well made. Only issue was back screw had to be modified but teenager handled the entire thing. Box delivery was free from Walmart and shipped quickly. No issues and no fuss. If you have major lower lumbar, it's flat enough to fit ergonomic back pillow against your back and still have ‘booty' room on the seat. Used primarily for college online and gaming. Got the warranty in case it failed but hasn't yet. Simple chair with no frills but the faux leather seemed higher end. Wished they had it in cloth for the summer but it may end up with a beach blanket on it due to hot weather. Might need a somewhat stronger person to lift and carry box if you're small framed/lifting the box.
